To help monitor and review your coaching practice you have the use of our 180 benchmarking measurement tool. Aligned to either the EMCC Intermediate or Practitioner level, the choice is yours. You are provided access to undertake two separate 180 benchmarking exercises over the course of the year, enabling you to manage feedback from an unlimited number of coachees. The reports generated offer quantitative and qualitative feedback benchmarked against our national averages, which will help you identify current strengths and areas for future development. You'll have access to two self-assessments aligned to the EMCC competency framework (ranging from a core level through to Practioner level), that measure your own perception of your current competence providing you with a good understanding of your ongoing development needs.
