Lucy Braithwaite, a candidate on The OCM's Advanced Diploma in Coaching and Mentoring qualification programme in March 2008, discusses her learning journey through the programme.

Like many people who embark on a journey of discovery, Lucy was concerned about how she was going to assimilate all her new learning seamlessly into what she perceived as her natural coaching style as she attempted to become her vision of a "great coach".

During this journey, Lucy realised that the key was to weave this new knowledge and experience into her existing talents thus evolving into a better version of who she already was.
