When we find a client to be difficult, is the problem with them, with us as coaches or with the process? In this session, David Clutterbuck will explore the thinking patterns and approaches coaches can apply to analyzing conversations that don't go well to re-establishing open dialogue. This session will also explore some tools for dealing with characters such as the everlasting procrastinator; the borderline psychopath; the reluctant coachee and the emotional parasite. You are invited to bring your own examples of difficult clients and to reflect with colleagues on the learning you can extract from own life and experiences.

This is available as a streamed product delivered electronically and is accessed via the 'My Account' section of this website once purchased.
